PAELLA CONTEST
We offer “outdoor training” or “experiential training” for companies interested in organizing employee exursions and activities.
This is an activity that take place outside of the office and is a great way to work on employee bonding, team building and personal core strengths.
Discover L’HortaDiscover L’Horta offers companies and work groups,the opportunity to work in teams in a competition with each other as well as learn how to cook a traditional Valencian Wood-fired Paella.
OBJECTIVE
Emphasize the importance that each individual brings to a team.
To learn whats included and the how too of the Valencian paella with Wood-fire.
Once the teams are formed, participants will be given some verbal explinations and some illustrated instructions via photographs on how to prepare and cook the Paella
Each team will have identical ingredients and cooking utensils.Our cooks will be available at all times for any consultation during the preparation of the paella. .
Once the paellas are cooked, a blind tasting will be carried out by a selected jury, where the best paella will be evaluated for its taste and presentation….
The winners will be presented with a diploma and a Discover L`Horta hat.
The Paella will be served next to the organic garden, with some starters and salads, made with ingredients from our very own organic garden..
All drinks included in the price (even coffee).
The activity takes place outdoors. Events are exclusively for the group that makes the reservation.
Our facilities can also be reached by EMT line 26 (BUS), from the city centre.
